As the Project Manager for Agleia under PT Qoar Creative Agency, I meticulously planned and executed the pre-production phase for a photoshoot aligned with the theme "Elegance, Clean, Preparation." This included developing a detailed shot list featuring teaser visuals, flawless hair results, and product photography, along with coordinating the shoot at Modular Garden, Golf Mansion Fatmawati. we use professional models representing straight, wavy, and curly hair types, managed logistics for location setup, and assigned specific roles to the creative team. The content plan encompassed teaser photos, individual hair results, intricate nail designs, and tools like Dyson, Keune, and Olaplex, as well as three Reels videos highlighting hair transformations. Through detailed timelines, risk management, and seamless communication with stakeholders, I ensured smooth collaboration, adherence to timelines, and the delivery of ready-to-shoot materials fully aligned with Agleia’s branding goals
