I managed resource allocation, set clear timelines, and coordinated tasks among creative, design, editing, and content creation teams. By conducting regular check-ins and ensuring adherence to brand guidelines, I maintained consistent quality across platforms. I delivered monthly performance reports with actionable insights, highlighting measurable improvements in engagement, audience interaction, and profile visits. The strategy resulted in 9 curated Feed posts, 5 engaging Reels, and 10 interactive Story taps each month, successfully enhancing Acte Hair’s digital presence
