As the Project Manager for Loveable_ID under Qoar Creative Agency, I successfully managed the brand’s Instagram content creation, delivering 40 pieces monthly, including 34 static posts and 6 Reels videos. I developed seasonal mood boards, created detailed content plans, and ensured all deliverables adhered to the brand’s identity and visual themes. By assigning tasks to a skilled team of content creators, videographers, and graphic designers, I maintained seamless coordination and alignment with monthly themes. I monitored content quality, managed risks such as shoot rescheduling, and consistently met deadlines. Monthly performance reports provided insights and actionable recommendations, driving strong engagement rates and maintaining a fresh, dynamic visual identity
